Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect client data and systems

- Manage IT inventory and procurement processes efficiently

Qualifications
