Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with remote and on-site clients
- Implement and maintain security protocols across company infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage inventory and procurement of IT equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Active Directory and VPN technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
