Responsibilities
- Provide critical care for ICU patients with advanced monitoring and intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor new staff and uphold patient safety standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (compact state license accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years ICU/critical care experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
