Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and preventive measures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (maintained)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
