Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control and visual merchandising
- Lead and develop high-performing teams of 10+ retail associates
- Exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service strategies
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors for timely product replenishment
- Implement loss prevention protocols to protect store assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience in urban markets
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- NYC retail license certification (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
