Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using advanced telemetry systems
- Administer medications and perform specialized cardiac procedures
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cardiac cases
- Provide patient education on cardiac health management
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Respond rapidly to emergency cardiac situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years telemetry/critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
