Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (required)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
