Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ER/ICU settings with critical decision-making capabilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Mentor new nursing staff through our onboarding program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (maintained)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Epic EHR proficiency preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- CPR certification
