Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations for 20+ bed cardiac unit
- Mentor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Develop/implement evidence-based care protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care team collaboration
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO standards
- Manage unit budget and resource allocation
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (required)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong knowledge of cardiac care protocols
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
