Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ nursing staff in 24/7 critical care operations
- Develop and implement patient care protocols aligned with JCAHO standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship programs
- Manage inventory and budget for medical supplies/equipment
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and case conferences
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- BSN or Master's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- 5+ years critical care RN experience
- 2+ years nursing leadership/supervision
- Current WI RN license and BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS/PALS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR system
