Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and appointments across departments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Liaise between patients, families, and healthcare providers

- Train new staff on department protocols and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of healthcare coordination or clinical support experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or similar credential preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
