Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 15+ nursing staff in ICU/ER departments
- Develop and implement patient care protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
- Manage departmental budget and inventory
- Respond to critical incidents and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact state preferred)
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- 5+ years acute care nursing experience
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory role
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong EHR proficiency (EPIC experience required)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
