Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Apache Spark
- Optimize data warehouse performance on Redshift and Snowflake
- Create real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka and Flink
- Develop data quality frameworks and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with ML teams to build feature engineering pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in data engineering or related role
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD for data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
