Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and junior engineers within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure system reliability and speed.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software stability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on creating efficient algorithms.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
