Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions
- Mentor and develop a team of 5-7 senior engineers
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive code quality through rigorous testing and reviews
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Proven track record of delivering cloud-native applications
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP preferred)
