Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex software development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to maintain team momentum.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with QA, DevOps, Design, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- PMP or PSM I/II certification is a plus.
