Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification required
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics
