Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Coordinate product receiving, storage, and shipment processes
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
