Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders accurately for same-day shipment
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading trucks for local delivery routes
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Local residency in Long Beach area preferred
