Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification training available)
- Inspect products for quality and packaging standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Forklift certification (will train if unqualified)
- Reliable transportation to our downtown facility
