Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and comply with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
