Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, scan, and ship customer orders
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and escalate issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
