Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10-15 associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement inventory control measures and reporting systems
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles may be used)
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
