Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement inventory control systems and optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
