Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platforms
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
