Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across 150+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document all IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and software migrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Expert troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
