Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and patch management systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Lead disaster recovery drills and system backups
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for on-call duty
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent certification
