Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with clinical excellence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR systems
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care management
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with critical thinking
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license required (compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU/ER experience preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and electronic documentation systems
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
