As a leader in patient care, we're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our cardiology department. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of 20-bed cardiology unit with 12+ nursing staff
- Develop and implement evidence-based care protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and CMS regulations
- Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and root cause analyses
- Oversee budget management for departmental resources
Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license (required)
- BSN or Master's degree in Nursing
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
