Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across 200+ endpoints
- Lead incident resolution for critical system outages with 4-hour SLA response time
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPN configurations and access controls
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for digital security
- Collaborate with cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues (Cisco/Juniper)
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform and ticket management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
