Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by organizing shelves and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Perform light cleaning duties and upkeep of the sales floor as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
