Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent for technical roles.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networking sites to proactively source passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective interview panels.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate packets, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding processes and new hire orientation to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
