Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate software delivery.
- Manage and provision cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and system administrators to streamline release processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards across all development and production environments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their respective services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
