Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues for clients remotely and on-site.
- Provide clear, patient guidance to end-users, translating technical jargon into understandable solutions.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system to ensure a complete service history.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and document system bugs or workflow inefficiencies.
- Adhere strictly to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support or IT Help Desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
