Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with technical inquiries and product troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and accurately log issues into our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation is a must for this on-site role.
- Willingness to attend a walk-in interview at our Mesa facility.
