Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale: Efficiently operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are presented attractively and fully stocked.
- Customer Service: Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and tracking stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and price checks.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for walk-in candidates.
