- Meet Performance Targets: Achieve daily and monthly KPIs regarding call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
