Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and improve processes.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
