Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within established timeframes.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services to meet monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
