Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
