Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse and staging areas efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding daily tasks.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and within company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and stock management.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Portland, TX facility.
