Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Assist with medical procedures and documentation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Utilize electronic health records systems efficiently
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
