Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best coding practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
