Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and diagnose system errors efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Guide users through complex technical processes and document standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report software bugs or usability issues.
- Ensure all hardware and software installations comply with company security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk roles is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a significant advantage.
