- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

- Reliable transportation to the Dallas office.
