Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing inventory with precision and accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and quality inspections
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
