Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate handheld scanners to accurately track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a 5S compliant warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Phoenix location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
