Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support inventory control initiatives to minimize discrepancies and losses
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required for equipment operation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
