Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping and delivery accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
