Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Perform package labeling and quality assurance checks before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Austin facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
